MICROMECANIQUE SA is in position to supply several types of ring gauges.

For the watchmaking industry, from 0.50 mm to 30 mm. dia.

For general use. Design in accordance with DIN 2250 AND 2254 IN SIZES UP TO 180 mm.
GO and NOT GO gauges for checking off-sizes.
Ring setting gauges for calibrating measuring instruments.
Ring gauges for checking broaches.

For calibratin, internal comparators (0.50 mm to 10.0 mm ).

 

ACCURACY

In the absence of any indications to the contrary, ring gauges are manufactured in accordance with the following tolerances :

For watchmaking: ± 1/2 IT3 ISO.

For general engineering use :
GO and NOT GO rings: to DIN 7162.
Standard ring gauges: design ± 1/2 IT3 ISO, marking of actual dimension ± 1/2 IT1 ISO.
Setting gauges for reamers : in accordance with DIN 2250.
Setting gauges: ± 1/2 IT2 ISO.

All these gauges are made of first class hardened steel or carbide.
